Who will be leading the masterclass?You'll be working alongside our Creative Director, Kieran. He's the man behind Dimension Creative and is a Wix whizz too. You're in safe hands!

How long will the masterclass last?Once the masterclass starts, we typically advise 2-3 hours. We will also allocate time for a break and a Q&A session at the end.

Why should I join the masterclass?We've designed our masterclass to allow for budding entrepreneurs and small business owners to discover the possiblities of the Wix platform and how they can take advantage of the tools available to get their online store up and running. If you're looking to launch a shop online but don't have the funds to hire a web designer, this course is for you. The aim is to get you up and running with a basic yet functional online store - sure it won't be the most advanced or original but it will provide a starting point for your venture.

Why shouldn't I join the masterclass?If you're looking for a completely bespoke, feature-rich online store or website, this masterclass isn't for you. Do you offer refunds?All payment recieved are non-refundable. If you can't make the session - we will be happy to move your ticket to a future date. However, you must write to us more than 48 hours prior to the date of the masterclass. Cancellation after this time will result in loss of the ticket. If we have to cancel - whilst this is incredibly rare, we reserve the right to cancel a masterclass up to 1 hour before the scheduled time. In the event that we have to cancel, we will honour any tickets for a future masterclass. At the discretion of Dimension Creative, we may offer a refund. In the event that we need to cancel, we will inform you via e-mail and follow up within 7 days with further information regarding tickets and refunds.
